From now until December 20th, we are taking orders over the phone or in person. Online ordering for the holiday will be open on the 10th. If you place an order with us, either in person or over the phone, we will let you know your check number at that time, as well as send you a text message or email copy of your receipt. You will need both your check number and the last name on your order for pickup.

Nope! We will have our full menu available for pre-order and day-of pickup. You can add your favorite OTR Classics to your order; cookies, traditional baguettes, and everything else you know and love.

For Holiday pick-ups, we will be organized a little differently - we ask that everyone enters through the left door as there will be only one line. Once you have entered the shop, we will bring you your order and, should you like to purchase additional items, you will be given the opportunity to do so. Please remember to bring your check number and the last name associated with the order as this is essential for efficient ordering grabbing on the day.

This year, we will also be sending out an email to everyone with a pre-order before pick-up day as a reminder of the day’s operations.

We know things can get a little congested in our neighborhood during this busy time. We ask that you are mindful of the posted parking signs, and courteous of our neighbors’ driveways as you hunt for a spot. If there is no parking available on either side of Fairmount Blvd., you should be able to find a spot on Queenston Road. One block further east is Kingston Road, and there is ample parking there as well. 

When you arrive on the day of your pickup, just call the shop and let us know your order number, last name, the make/model of your vehicle, and where you’re parked. A member of our crew will run your order out to you. 

We will not be offering home deliveries for the holiday this year.
